Which gun is better? M4A1, ACR, or TAR 21 in mw2?

Note: im not much of a sniper guy, and im planning to create a class with one of these guns with a perk of stopping power pro, bling pro, and ninja pro. And attachments of heartbeat sensor, and silencer. and im gonna use this gun for search and destroy.
