Should i use the tar 21 or the ACR for mw2?

I like both guns but want to no which one is better. I always had a big problem with the tar cuz of the accuracy . I'm leaning towards the ACRs side because of the great accuracy but the power isnt to great .....if I used stopping power and fmj on the ACR would it help the power much ?
