Website restore error?

I'm constantly having problems with my tabs crashing and then reopening, but occasionally it will never restore and I get the "Website restore error" with res://ieframe.dll/acr_error.htm# . . . in the adress bar. I ran a full scan of my computer several times to check for malware and viruses, but still no solution. I need help!
