What are some easy workouts that show results fast?
I weigh 165-170, and I'm going to be 17 in a month (I'm also a girl). I pull of the weight I think pretty well, but I want to lose the weight. Not only for the looks, but for my health. I don't want to be anorexic, I was thinking around 120-130 lbs. Oh, I'm around 5'7-5'8 too! I just want some fairly easy workouts and maybe how many calories I should try eating a day. And how long to do this, or how long will it be until I'm to my goal. I know their are things online for this, but I was hoping for advice from people with experience. It's really hard to keep up on things, so maybe something remotely fun. Honestly, as fast as I can loose this weight the better! Help is greatly appreciated, thanks! :)
