Mw2 acr silencer vs tar 21 silencer?

Hey guys I've been using both the acr silencer and the tar 21 silencer and I cant figure out which one is better. I lik the acr because of accuracy, range ( even when reduced by silencer), little recoil, and slightly bigger magazines. I like the tar 21 because of increased damage. Both guns are very good on my opinion but I was asking u guys which u think is better. My perks on both these classes are scavenger pro, stopping power pro, and ninja pro. Thnx
