How long should i wait to get pregnant after a miscarriage at 22 weeks?

I don't want to have a replacement baby and I also don't want to be stressed through pregnancy, I have cervical incompetence and lost my baby boy at 22 weeks after a cervical cerclage (stitch in cervix) failed, I was in labour for 3 days and fairly traumatised I just wanted some opinions on when you think someone could be mentally capable of being pregnant again after such a traumatic experience I was thinking a year
