Basal Body Tempature Question?

You're supposed to take your temperature first thing when you wake up, before getting out of bed, eating, drinking, smoking, or anything like that. I always had my alarm set for the same time every morning, and then wrote it down to later record on fertilityfriend.com and fertilitygal.com. The one you have listed is the same one I ordered, however I received the wrong one and never got a response from the seller on how to return it. It looks like it might be a different seller though, so hopefully you'll have better luck! I ended up just buying a pink and white BBT from Target. Good luck, hope it works out for you!
