Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 help needed!?

I'm trying to get the title thing that is a picture of two skulls on the side and inside it says "ACR". I don't get it, and I have gotten 1000 kills with the ACR. How do I get it? Also, have like 90 headshots with it or something, at least the Blue Tiger came which is 75 I think...
