I cant sleep! Help!!!!!!?

Every Night i cant sleep because i cant stop thinking about ACR ( Assassins creed Revelations) Its a game for the 360, its June and the game comes in November 15th. Mine will come like 16-18 because i preorderd. i know your probably saying/thinking Get a life! or Grow up! i completely agree with you. i cant sleep. i got NO energy to do anything. i just think about it :( Any help? i dont want any sleeping tablets or anything. just tips on how to sleep. i close my eyes and lay down. but still cant sleep!
