How do I back off of her so she can start chasing after me?

To get her to chase after you you have to act like you don't care about her. Act cold, not mean, but if she asks you questions be short with her. She might ask you whats wrong and you'll say "nothing" and then she'll worry and you'll be stuck in her head for a while. I know this sounds ridiculous and juvenile but it works.
