I need help with a serious virus?

I think I have a virus or Malware but Norton and Windows Defender found nothing. I usede Malwarebytes and it found some things but I think the virus is still here. When I try to Google things they search really,really slow and my query is typed one letter at a time in a very slow manner. I have also started getting this message res://ieframe.dll/acr_depnx_error.htm when I try to open Google and search at times. I am positive it's a virus and don't know how to get rid of it.
