How do you stand out at the interview?

How can I stand out among all the other applicants for a retail management position? I want to go above and beyond. I rewrote my resume and cover letter for the specific position, I have multiple copies, I made a 30/60/90 day plan, and I have been doing research on the company for days. Any new ideas?
