How do I get a nuke in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2?

I use ACR or UMP with Red Dot, Model 1887's, Semtex, Flash, Scavenger Pro, Stopping Power Pro, and Ninja Pro. Death Streak is Final Stand. I use Harrier, Chopper and Nuke. Also, get some good headphones if you use Ninja, because it helps hear their footsteps.
