Hair tips please! Advice on good tied up styles!?

I have quite thick hair, it's fairly long and naturally wavy. I'm looking for good ways of tying it back for work. Pony tails just don't look right with my hair, so I'm after something else. Nothing too fancy, just simple and easy to do! Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
