Does anyone know the name of this piece?

I was in band in high school and I played a great piece of music but I have no memory of what it was called now. It starts off fairly slow for the first several measures. I remember it started off the first few measures were kind of like a slow 4 note rise than fall than rise again and stuff. Then maybe like 8-10 measures in there was a two measure french horn solo. I think it was like quarter note, quarter note, half note, then repeat next measure. Then a few measures late there was a similar trumpet solo. That's all I can really describe in detail. if anyone knows it, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
