Acoustic guitar brand question?

the brand is "Austin". inside it says "SLM MARKETPLACE. A division of St. Louis Music Inc." does anybody know anything about this, it is a fairly cheep guitar (some of the tuning pegs turn funny, strings are hard to push down) i got it in a pawn shop about a year ago. Any ideas?
